About The Role
As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented Key Account Manager (Brisbane North) to join our Motors Team. The Motors team is responsible for implementing our sales strategy and reporting on our performance. We drive commercial excellence across the motors organisation to ensure we deliver value to our internal and external partners.
This role works as part of a cross-functional, agile team where you'll have the ability to create new features that engage and delight our customers. What You'll Do
* Create a positive customer experience by representing our brand with integrity, while establishing and maintaining business relationships that will significantly impact the customers' perception of Autotrader Group, CarsGuide and Gumtree
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, recommending solutions and opportunities based on their business needs, while empowering and helping them deliver a sustainable return on investment, and helping them become Autotrader Group advocates
* Keep up to date with Autotrader Group's product applications, technical services, market conditions, advertising, and market trends, and utilise the knowledge gained to educate your customers
* Be the primary point of contact for our customers for all matters specific to Autotrader Group
* In addition to growing a pipeline and bringing your network with you, you'll work to achieve and exceed the quarterly sales targets/metrics set as part of this role
* Understand site performance in key Area sectors and accounts, while ensuring the visitation cycle for the Area is mapped and completed every 3 months, along with making sure service levels are maintained, and finally ensuring the entire product portfolio is pitched to existing clients in line with their business needs

What you'll bring
* Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or experience in sales, providing solutions based on customer needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building long-lasting relationships built on trust and integrity
* The ability to provide exceptional customer service and sales excellence to all of our customers
* Excellent organisational, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, and the ability to present across all mediums (face-to-face, video, phone)
* A Data-driven approach to everything, while having the ability to draw on insights to influence decisions
* The mindset and approach of a self-starter with enthusiasm, adaptability, growth and motivation, showcasing a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being able to work in a team environment
* Salesforce experience would be advantageous
