Role
Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media outreach.
Research markets and identify new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads to the sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings and support the sales team in closing deals.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
Maintain CRM (Salesforce or similar tools) and track outreach activities.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
Support digital marketing and growth initiatives.
Attend networking events/webinars (if required).
Requirements
MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years' experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing (Freshers with strong interest can apply).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
