* Job Title: Community Disability Support Worker
* Location: South Melbourne
The role of a Community Disability Support Worker is to provide support and assistance to customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
* Providing support with hygiene and personal care
* Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
* Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
* Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Requirements:
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
Shifts:
* Tuesday: 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm
* Wednesday: 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm
* Thursday: 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm
* Sunday: 9am-12pm
