Job Description As a Trainer & Assessor, you will:
* Deliver engaging and compliant First Aid and Mental Health First Aid courses
* Facilitate face-to-face learning programs
* Assess learner competency in line with RTO and regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate training and assessment records
* Support learners with diverse needs and learning styles
* Represent are-able with professionalism and integrity
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
* HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid
* Current or past work history in Nursing, Emergency Services or Welfare
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A supportive, professional, and student-focused approach
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
* Current drivers licence and willingess to travel within the southwest region
