Sales Manager Job Description
At Weeks Homes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving outstanding results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, customer service excellence, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet with individual team members to improve capability and performance
* Ensure that sales targets and objectives are achieved
* Identify new sales opportunities and prospects
* Engage with customers to ensure success in all aspects of their new home build journey
* Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity
* Focus on continuous improvement and identify ways to improve the sales process and customer experience
* Develop growth strategies and provide input into new product development
* Support the development of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong sales leadership track record and experience managing sales teams
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop a strong culture of performance, integrity, and customer service
* The ability to collaborate cross functionally and build relationships with key industry stakeholders
* Business acumen and experience reporting on sales results and performance metrics
* The ability to drive efficiencies in systems and processes to improve results
* Demonstrated sales success ideally in the building industry, real estate, property, Development or related industry
