WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

SA Health is offering multiple opportunities to work within a public healthcare setting delivering high‐quality, confidential, and customer‐focused administrative services to patients, staff, and visitors across our Victor Harbor Health Service teams.

All roles are ongoing (permanent) for the following hours:

• Administrative Officer, General Medicine – Part‐time hours per week
• Administrative Officer, Midwifery – Part‐time hours per week
• Administrative Officer, Pre‐Admissions Clinic – Part‐time 15 hours per week
• Administrative Officer, Medical Records – Part‐time 35.6 hours per week
• Administration Officer – Renal – Part‐time * hours per week

These roles support the delivery of safe, effective care through skilled reception services and accurate patient administration. In all roles, you will work as part of a team‐oriented multidisciplinary team, contributing to a range of ward‐based administrative functions including patient admissions and discharges, medical records, reporting, billing, and clerical support, while upholding SA Health values and service standards.
