Make an impact at Serco

• You will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to a Dentist/Dental Specialist/Hygienist
• You will assist with administrative tasks such as entering/updating patient records, as well as other duties as required
• You will assist in the promotion of oral health to patients
• You will ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures, including accordance with Defence Policies & Procedures.
• You will contribute to the cleanliness and effectiveness of a dental surgery environment and maintaining optimal hygiene of the surgery

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or nationally recognised equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated compliance with relevant standards and procedures
• Minimum of 2 years' (full time equivalent) chair-side experience within the last 5 years.
• Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
• Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain the required Baseline Security Clearance for this role.
