About the Role
As a Client Systems and Reporting Support Officer, you will:
* Provide frontline support for Client Systems by logging, troubleshooting, and resolving service requests and incidents.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate access to Client Systems platforms.
* Coordinate with third‑party helpdesks, software vendors, and government departments to resolve issues and maintain system integrity.
* Produce scheduled reports and maintain documentation to ensure stakeholders have accurate, accessible information.

* 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
* $76,550 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For

* Demonstrated experience in Client Systems
support or similar application-focused roles.
* Proven ability to generate and manage
scheduled reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective data
distribution to stakeholders.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
skills for business applications.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills, including experience liaising with external vendors and
government departments.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and
meet agreed service levels.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and
knowledge sharing.
