Job Description:
Sonder is a leading provider of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing solutions. As a Response Network Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our members receive timely and high-quality support when they need it most.
You will be responsible for leading the operations and readiness of Sonder's NSW, VIC, and ACT responder network. This includes managing responder compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness.
Additionally, you will deliver and monitor training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence. You will also be responsible for monitoring responder performance and ensuring the team is always prepared to deliver high-quality support.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes to grow and strengthen the responder team.
As a Response Network Manager, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and overall network performance. You will motivate and guide responders through strong leadership and influence, fostering engagement and teamwork.
You will communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders and responders, adapting messaging to suit the audience. You will embed incident management frameworks into daily operations and training, ensuring responders are equipped for real-world scenarios.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who has a proven track record in managing teams, training, and operational processes.
Key qualifications include experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field. A strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs is essential.
Clear and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to frontline teams and senior stakeholders, are required. The ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building trust across a dispersed workforce, is also essential.
A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail is necessary. Comfort navigating shifting priorities and making sound decisions under pressure is critical.
An understanding of incident management frameworks and how to apply them in training and daily operations is also required.
