We have (10-Month Contract) Senior Digital Producer role available. You will create, manage and optimise content for digital platforms, ensuring that digital presence is meeting customer needs and delivering against business outcomes. You will Produce high-quality content for digital channels including public website, customer centre, email and chatbot. Collaborate with marketing, CA and product SMEs to gather information and insights for content creation. You will be the Owner of the content GTM timeline. You will Edit and proof-read a variety of content types for owned digital platforms, ensuring they meet brand and digital best practice standards. Proactively recommend and action quality improvements to existing UX/UI and copy (both content and layout) based on data and insights Effectively engage the Digital Product Owners to manage improvements to digital channels, with an understanding of the Agile workflow You will manage overflow and BAU work across the website, and support across key projects, including accessibility, content audit/uplift and rebranding. You will Action changes within content management system (CMS) You will Manage content review/approval process You will also be responsible for Basic copywriting, including editing and proofreading You will require a deep understanding of digital accessibility and SEO expertise, along with excellent Stakeholder management skills Skills & Experience Required: 5-8 years’ experience in relevant disciplines including creative, communications, marketing and/or brand, product, sales or CX Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into a compelling digital experience 5 years’ experience in Content Authoring Experience in HTML and URL content structures, basic graphic design, multimedia editing skillet, analytics, reporting and insights generation, aptitude and interest in new technologies (Generative AI, marketing automation tools), understanding of Agile workflow and working with IT teams Skilled in website content management through CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred/WordPress or similar) Exceptional stakeholder/Account Management experience, professional and compelling written and presentation skills Strong proof reading and excellent attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively using a variety of online tools Strong project management experience, proactively driving content GTM to ensure efficient delivery This is a great opportunity - To apply, please submit your CV via the portal by clicking the APPLY NOW button below.
