Your Part in Our Team
As a senior care coordinator, you will work closely with your team leader to ensure high standards of quality and compliance are achieved through robust processes. You'll lead and inspire your team, providing supervision, guidance and mentorship, responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care to residents, advocating personalized approaches that promote their well-being and enhance their quality of life.
* Oversee a team of caregivers, empowering them through learning, support and leadership to advance the level of service provided to residents.
* In collaboration with your team leader, ensure quality governance and compliance are achieved through effective processes.
* Promote the sustainability and growth of the service through diligent management of resources, care planning and community engagement.
