About Neuro-ophthalmology Research Nurse Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated nurse to join our dynamic team as a Neuro-ophthalmology Nurse Manager and Research Nurse in the MS and Neuroimmunology/Neuro-ophthalmology Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the Neuro-ophthalmology Clinical Manager, overseeing a portfolio of Phases 1-4 of Neuro-ophthalmology trials.
* Work closely with senior clinicians, research coordinators, ethics officers, allied health specialists, neurologists, endocrinologists, and scientists.
* Develop and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Requirements:
* Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
* Venipuncture, ECG and intravenous cannulation certification.
* Ongoing professional development to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in clinical research.
