Your Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients: Assisting patients with paperwork, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
* Lead & Support: Supervise and collaborate with our team of chiropractic assistants and associate chiropractors.
* Office Operations: Manage office procedures, scheduling, patient accounts, stock, and reporting.
* Human Resources: Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Maximise Patient Care: Ensure smooth patient experiences, provide administrative support, and deliver exceptional service.
* Clinic Management: Oversee rostering, accounts, and the overall cleanliness and organisation of the clinic.
* Leadership & Reporting: Take ownership of team scheduling, track key performance statistics, manage account systems, and provide insightful reports to higher management to drive clinic growth and efficiency.
