What does the job look like?Working in an existing team, you are the first point of call from clients that require our assistance.
Key areas:
Customer service over the phone to understand clients' requirementsEnsure the system is up to date with all requestsCoordinate with technicians to assist when neededUpdate clients with the status of their jobsLiaise with field staff to coordinate service callsAre you the one?You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well.
