Operational Leadership Role
Oversee Complex Emergency Responses and Large-Scale Incidents
* Develop strategic plans to ensure readiness for fires, rescues, and major emergencies.
* Enhance workforce capability, capacity, and performance through proactive leadership and development.
* Provide expert advice on operational priorities and emerging risks to senior leaders.
* Represent the organization at state, national, and inter-agency committees, forums, and incident management operations.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in firefighting, incident management, and fire prevention.
* Proven senior operational leadership ability to manage people, resources, and outcomes in complex environments.
* High-level communication and strategic engagement skills, including cross-agency collaboration and stakeholder influence.
* Strong understanding of emergency management and disaster response frameworks.
* Commitment to continuous improvement, workforce development, and building a culture of integrity, inclusion, and service.
