Responsibilities
* Expand merchant network, understand local merchant needs, design marketing plans, and secure partnerships
* Drive business growth by executing promotional campaigns and increasing order volume
* Analyze and report data, track operational metrics, and provide regular progress updates
* Collaborate across departments with product, operations, and customer service teams to resolve merchant issues
* Manage and mentor BD team members, overseeing performance and conducting evaluations
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
* 3+ years of experience in BD, sales, or business development; experience in food delivery, F&B, or retail industries is a plus
* Excellent business negotiation and communication skills
* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Good team collaboration and project management abilities
* Highly self-motivated and resilient under pressure, able to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with local market and industry trends
* Willingness to travel and work flexibly as required
* Fluent in English and/or Chinese, depending on city requirements
