Job Title: Concreter

Karratha Plumbing and Gas is a locally owned and operated business delivering plumbing, gas fitting, drainage and renovation services across the Pilbara. We work across residential, commercial and maintenance projects and pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship in remote conditions.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out concreting works for bathroom, laundry and kitchen renovations
* Prepare, place and finish concrete for pathways, driveways and car parks
* Saw cutting, removal and reinstatement of existing concrete surfaces
* Set up, level and strip formwork as required
* Mix, pour, spread and finish concrete to required specifications
* Apply appropriate curing and finishing techniques
* Read and interpret basic plans, measurements and site levels
* Operate small plant and equipment (e.g. excavator, dingo, trucks) for site preparation
* Work collaboratively with plumbers and other trades on site
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS requirements
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in concrete preparation, placement and finishing
* Experience with formwork and general concreting tools and equipment
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Current driver’s licence
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work in remote/regional conditions
Salary:
$50 per hour + superannuation (equivalent to approximately $95,000 – $105,000 per annum depending on hours worked)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
