**The Role**
As a key member of the development team, you will drive development outcomes on new Industrial and LFR development opportunities. This will include:
- Coordinate and manage planning approval processes on new industrial and LFR developments
- Lead the organisational response to pre-lease inquiries for assigned projects
- Undertake initial higher level feasibility assessment, before detailed analysis including cash flow forecasting
- Oversee all commercial considerations for assigned projects
- Understand the risks associated with infrastructure and built form elements of Industrial development
