The Opportunity
CSR has an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager – Corporate Functions to join our team based in North Ryde. Reporting directly to the General Manager of HR, this is a high-impact leadership position where you will lead a talented HR team and partner closely with CSR's C-Suite and Executive Leaders. This is a true generalist role with strategic influence, giving you the opportunity to shape people initiatives across the business while driving engagement and cultural transformation.
You'll be at the forefront of delivering end-to-end HR services, from employee relations and workforce planning to remuneration, talent management, and change leadership. In addition, you'll leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and lead programs that build capability and high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage timely and professional execution of HR services across multiple disciplines
Deliver actionable people insights and leverage data analytics for decision-making
Develop and facilitate training programs to build leadership capability
Coach and influence leaders to create high-performing teams and cultures
Provide expertise in workplace disputes, terminations, and unfair dismissal processes
Lead engagement programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10+ years HR experience, including management roles
Degree qualified in HR/IR or related discipline
Strong capability in engagement programs and workforce planning
Exceptional communication and partnership skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Constructive leadership qualities with a focus on building capability
