Some work-from-home arrangements are available.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships and liaise with diverse healthcare teams within the healthcare sector.Develop workflows and support the implementation of SDPR to enhance healthcare operations.Contribute to incident management, business change requests, and projects.Assist patients by supporting healthcare workers in clinical applications.We encourage people of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds to apply.Candidate RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a health discipline, information management/informatics, or ICT.Extensive experience in application management and support within a health environment, including system testing, issue investigation, resolution, and change management.Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Resilience and initiative to manage conflicting priorities and ensure ongoing service delivery.Need more information?
