Role Details
The Operational Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Supervisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your Opportunity
- To ensure the effective operation of Porterage, Cleaning, Waste, Courier, Grounds and Gardens and Patient Equipment Loan Store at the Mackay Base Hospital and Community Health facilities providing Co-ordination and the supervision of staff under the direction of Manager Operational Services.
- This position will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Operational Services Department ensuring that the expected performance outcomes are achieved as well as other quality improvement activities.
- This position will also be required to work with and provides support and advice to the Manager Operational Services.
About The Team
Operational Services provides and co-ordinates a diverse range of services that support the clinical divisions in the delivery of patient centred health care at Mackay Base Hospital.
The department consists of the following keys areas: Cleaning Services, Porterage Services, Waste Management, Grounds and Gardens and Patient Equipment Loan Store.
