Job Description
We're seeking a strong residential finishes foreman on a contract agreement to help a team close out a detailed and high‐end collection of luxury apartments in Sydney's East.
Project Available
* High spec residential mansion
* Tier 2 Builder
* Immediate start
* 3+ month oppertunity
* Potential to move to another project close upon completion
What You Will Receive

* Hourly Rate or Day Rate $ – Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
* The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
* The liaison between the client and sub‐contractor
* Assisting in the development of the project instructions
* Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors
Key Requirements
* A trade carpenter desired
* Keen eye for high quality workmanship and ability hold subcontractors accountable
* Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
* Previous history working on luxury residential new build projects (units or luxury homes)
* Tier 1 or 2 commercial or defence experience
* Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
* Solid organisation and communication skills
* Proven experience as a Foreman – Contactable references
