ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an experienced License and Collaboration Manager to join the Cotton On team and enable our vision by delivering innovative ranges for our customers that drive profitability through our license and collaboration products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Trend, Buying, Graphics, Production, Marketing and Finance to ensure our ranges are creative, on-trend and compliant. In this leadership role, you will support your team to manage the approvals process for internal brand partners and stakeholders, ensuring they follow specific requirements and limitations by communicating range and product information that will ultimately influence product selection. This role will see you managing the external relationship with several of our key partners – being the connection between our product teams and IP owners. Understanding the performance of licensed products across our business will equip you with insights to inform decision making whilst engaging with new and existing partners. If you are passionate about delivering innovative product collaborations that our customers love, then this could be the role for you. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated experience in a similar License and Collaborations role is preferred • Experience in the license industry and keen understanding of regulations and limitations • Confident decision-making skills that will influence the success of the brand • A strong negotiator, with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external brand partners and stakeholders at all levels in the business • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage timelines • Ability to problem solve and remain solutions focused • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
