About our client
Our client is a respected service-based retailer known for reliable support, quality advice, and a loyal customer base.
With a strong retail presence and a busy field service operation, they are now seeking an experienced Retail/Service Manager to take ownership of store performance and lead a team of technicians.
About the role
This position blends retail leadership with service coordination.
You'll oversee the daily operation of the store, manage 6-7 technicians, and ensure smooth scheduling, great customer experiences, and strong commercial outcomes.
The role is Monday to Friday, with some weekend flexibility during peak periods.
What you will do
Oversee daily store operations and retail presentation
Drive store performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction
Train and develop casual retail assistants
Provide product and equipment advice, including basic testing services
Manage stock control, merchandising, and cash handling
Schedule daily routes for 6-7 technicians, including urgent updates
What you will bring
Retail, trade, or service management experience
Strong sales capability and customer-first mindset
Proven ability to lead teams or coordinate workflow
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence managing scheduling and competing priorities
A calm, practical, and can-do approach in busy environments
