Job Description:
The Transportation and Property Services Team is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and control transport labour costs and operating expenses ensuring operational requirements are met.
* Oversee and ensure all attendants adhere to all cash handling procedures, and record all transactions in the system.
* Manage and issue monthly invoices to corporate parking accounts.
* Ensure accurate and relevant car park occupancy figures are monitored and recorded via the use of the Car Parking System.
* Manage the programming of car park vouchers and validation of access cards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience within a five/four-star hotel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer literacy in Hotel Property Management/Generic Office Systems.
* Good organization and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
