Department for Health and Wellbeing – Public Health – Planning and Response, Public Health Intelligence System Environment (PHISE) Salary: $108,109 to $116,864 (Pro-Rata) – ASO7 – Part Time 0.8 FTE / Ongoing appointment Overview: The Full Stack Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, testing and implementation of integrated and technically complex digital solutions which make significant contributions to Public Health Division information systems and knowledge management. The role leads and undertakes the planning, delivery and evaluation of a program of multiple complex projects and services, leads consultation and business analysis processes with developers and business stakeholders, and coordinates and evaluates the technical activities of team members. The Full Stack Developer develops quality code, leads change and release management processes, leads testing activities and defect management and provides technology related project management, support and advisory services across the Public Health Division.
