Job Description Mission: This role provides strategic, analytical, and operational financial support to the CEO and leadership team. It is a highly impactful position responsible for driving financial performance, optimising profit margins, and shaping the future of the company. You will play a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making through data analysis, scenario planning, and trusted financial advice. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L reports and presentations for the leadership team. Conduct weekly transactional analysis based on Salesforce data. Analyse past performance, identify trends and perform variance analysis. Develop and update monthly financial forecasts based on current business trajectory. Analyse project financials to identify optimization opportunities. Track key Sales KPIs and advise on service offerings and improvements quarterly. Strategic Support: Participate in leadership meetings, presenting insights and recommendations. Provide financial advice to enable the execution of business priorities and drive accountabilities. Partner with the regional leadership team as a trusted financial advisor. Develop and implement new financial processes and standards. Operational Efficiency: Manage accounts receivable and implement effective debtor collection strategies. Ensure accurate and timely generation & reconciliation of client invoicing. Manage budgets, allocate and report on department budgets. Process payroll, including superannuation lodgment. Advise resourcing manager on project team allocation including hiring priorities Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a consulting or fast-growing organisation. Proven experience as a financial advisor to CEOs or leadership teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively. Proficient in Excel, Xero and Salesforce. Experience with BI tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Self-motivated, proactive and a leader, not a follower.
