Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Services Technician to maintain the operational functionality, security, and reliability of AV technology, desktop systems, and peripheral devices at our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the operational functionality, security, and reliability of AV technology, desktop systems, and peripheral devices by diagnosing and resolving routine technical issues, performing software installations, and supporting operating system and hardware updates.
* Provide first and second-level desktop, audiovisual (AV), and digital services support to our organization, assisting with specialized videoconferencing, AV systems, desktop hardware, software troubleshooting, and associated technology across various digital and physical workspaces.
Requirements:
* Degree qualifications or a combination of relevant experience and education.
* Experience in resolving technical faults and providing customer support in a videoconferencing and audiovisual environment.
* Informed analytical and problem-solving skills to judge shifting priorities and work both independently and as a member of a team.
* Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software packages and an ability to adapt to other desktop software quickly.
