Launch Group are seeking an experienced UI Designer to join a fast-moving, early-stage digital project focused on delivering a new customer facing MVP website. You'll be working with low-fidelity concepts and driving them toward high-fidelity execution through rapid design sprints.
This role is hands on and executional - you'll be facilitating workshops with stakeholders, applying a Human-Centred Design (HCD) approach, and quickly moving into design delivery. You'll help build a scalable design system in Figma, design templated web pages for Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS), and ensure consistency across journeys using taxonomy and ontology standards.
Key Responsibilitites:
* Facilitating design workshops to align scope and priorities
* Executing UI design work across design sprints
* Creating a design system using existing Figma assets
* Designing web pages and templates for Adobe Experience Manager
* Validating and refining designs through stakeholder feedback
Key Requirements:
* Strong UI design experience with a focus on execution
* Comfortable working from low-fidelity and driving toward high-fidelity outcomes
* Skilled in Figma and Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS)
* Confident leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders
* Able to work quickly and iteratively in sprint cycles
