ROLE: The relevant role is a Project Manager position which will involve delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid position between relevant site locations throughout Victoria and a South-East office location. You will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be able to: Previous Project Manager experience for a headcontractor delivering Community, Industrial or Retail projects Team player and willing mindset Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficient in Cheops and MS Packages Unlimited Australian working rights Interested?
