We are seeking a passionate and solutions-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of TMX's global marketing objectives, ensuring that all touchpoints are in line with our brand identity.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and assist in the development of marketing objectives & strategies
Digital & Content Management:
* Manage and update the TMX Transform website and maintain the TMX Intranet
* Support with end-to-end delivery of marketing activities like EDM, SEO, SEM and broader digital marketing campaigns
* Coordinate special projects like webinars, podcasts and other digital initiatives
* Manage company LinkedIn, including posting and assisting in content creation
Brand & Communications:
* Support in the preparation of internal communications
* Develop, manage, review and seek approval of case studies
* Engage with TMX staff across all departments to produce high quality marketing and communications collateral
* Preparation of presentations, reports and documents in accordance with TMX standards
Events, Industry & External Engagement:
* Ad-hoc support with industry events like sponsorships and conference activities (e.g. PCA)
* Support industry association relationships and awards submissions
* Contribute to special marketing projects and campaigns as required
Operations & Administration:
* Ensuring files are saved in the appropriate location
* Processing of relevant invoices
* Attend all relevant marketing meetings
* Provide general administrative and ad-hoc marketing support Qualifications & Experience
o 2 years+ industry experience
o Experienced using Canva (Adobe InDesign a bonus!)
o Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot or Salesforce) and other marketing systems such as email platforms, CMS tools, or analytics dashboards
o Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms - such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or basic SEO/SEM training are highly desired
