This isn’t a traditional intake role.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the entire client lifecycle—from enquiry through to onboarding and transition—is structured, efficient, compliant and commercially sound.
You’ll bring clarity to complexity, create structure where it’s needed, and ensure every client is set up for success from day one.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the Client Access function and team
* Owning the end-to-end client journey (enquiry → onboarding → transition)
* Managing demand, pipeline and conversion
* Ensuring strong alignment with NDIS funding, pricing and compliance requirements
* Maintaining revenue integrity and minimising leakage
* Acting as the escalation point for complex client and stakeholder matters
* Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and workflows
What you’ll bring
You’re a strong leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level.
You will have:
* Experience leading intake, client lifecycle or service coordination functions
* Strong knowledge of NDIS funding, pricing and service agreements
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance and drive accountability
* Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capability
* A mindset focused on continuous improvement and outcomes
