Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill a key support role within our team.

* This position involves acting as a branch receptionist and providing administrative assistance to the team.
* Maintaining current files, databases and records is also an essential part of this role.
* Preparation and submission of regular reports is required.
* Producing documents and reports for management is another critical aspect of this position.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing, monitoring and entering invoices in a timely manner.
* General support to management and employees is also required.
