* Accounts Assistant
* Construction Sector
* $65K + Super + Free Parking
The role is the first point of contact for the business while also supporting the accounts team. The role combines front‐of‐office reception duties with accounts payable administration, ensuring invoices and documentation are processed accurately and visitors and calls are handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the front desk, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
* Handling deliveries and coordinating couriers
* Processing supplier invoices in MYOB and ensuring documentation is accurate
* Following up approvals and assisting with invoice processing in Procore
* Sending subcontractor remittances
* Ordering and managing office stationery supplies
* Assisting with PPSR checks and bank guarantee records
* General administrative support, filing and email management
About You
* At least 2 years' experience in reception, administration, or accounts support
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication and customer service abilities
* Experience using MYOB and Microsoft Office (preferred)
* Exposure to the construction industry will be highly regarded
