Project Management Role
As a skilled Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of construction projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes.
This position involves overseeing all aspects of project management, from pre-construction to handover. You will be responsible for developing project programmes, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
Main Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all stages are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Scheduling and Programme Management: Develop and manage project programmes, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Contract Management: Head contracts, subcontracts, tendering, and procurement processes to ensure effective project delivery.
4. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, financial reporting, cost control, and profitability to achieve business objectives.
5. Quality Management: Ensure quality management and defect minimization across all projects.
6. EHSQ Compliance: Implement EHSQ compliance, safety, environmental, and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Produce project documentation, progress updates, and reports in JOBPAC and Procore.
8. Team Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
9. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor, coach, and perform performance management of project teams to enhance their skills and productivity.
10. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks to drive business growth.
11. Risk Management: Identify risks, opportunities, and variations, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
