Job Description
The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
3. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
4. Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.
5. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
6. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
7. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
9. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Support business growth initiatives through financial modelling and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA.
13. Sector experience is ideal but not mandatory
14. Prior experience managing a team
15. Excellent stakeholder management skills
16. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
18. Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively.
