Group Fitness Instructor

Key Responsibilities:
* Instructing group fitness classes as per the agreed-upon schedule
* Leading and managing a team of group fitness instructors to ensure a high level of service delivery
* Designing and delivering exercise programs that cater to different ages, fitness levels, and abilities
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and targets
* Creating an engaging and inspiring atmosphere for members to enjoy
* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting members by name and building rapport
* Encouraging a positive and energetic environment within the facility
Requirements:
* A private certification in a pre-choreographed group exercise program approved by AUSactive, such as Les Mills, Radical Fitness, Zumba, or MYND Tribe Fitness
* Group Exercise Leaders must be qualified to lead predesigned group exercise sessions
* Certificate III in Fitness (desired but not essential)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
* Valid Employee Working with Children's Check
* Excellent attitude, polite, professional, and courteous manner
