We have multiple opportunities in the Albury Wodonga Military Area, and you'll assist with food preparation and bar service whilst supporting the implementation of Ventia's Food Safety Program.
You will ensure bar services are provided in line with RSA standards as well as the upkeep of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and dining areas.You'll also help manage stock, process meals and payments, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all customers in the Defence Base site.About youMinimum 1 year of experience in bar or hospitality settingResponsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA) (Advantageous)Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training provided if needed)Sound knowledge of Food Safety StandardsStrong commitment to customer service and teamworkCurrent Australian drivers licence (Advantageous)Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
