Key Accountabilities
* Lead or manage the planning, procurement, design, construction, and handover of infrastructure projects.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting in line with governance requirements.
* Manage consultant and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including community representatives, contractors, and government partners.
* Prepare and present progress reports, business cases, and project updates to senior leadership.
* Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
