Description Key Responsibilities Operational Execution: Manage the day-to-day electrical operations. (UPS, DC and Electrical) electrical systems from incoming switchboards, transfer switches and generators, through to the rack outlets. Oversee maintenances and conduct power/capacity audits (DC/UPS and electrical for capacity planning) Manage Generator building load tests Ensure building Fire and Life Safety Compliance On Call Roster every second week or as required as per staffing requirements and availability. Co-ordinate activities to ensure SLA’s are met. Manage the activity of third party contractors Preparation of monthly reports and financial forecasts Attendance at monthly meetings with key customers to review SLA performance Weekly operations meeting to address grass roots operational discussions/ actions and compliance. Provision of quotations to ensure consistency Building and maintaining close relationships with customer. Able to travel interstate when and if required Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to expand the Global Services offering and make direct representation to prospects and customers to expand the service business. Working actively with the Managed Services Manager Planning, Process and Reporting: Work collaboratively with the Managed Services Manager to develop short- and long-range business plans Initiate, lead and manage an extensive and diverse range of projects which increase operational sales performance Proactively work with cross functional key stakeholders to identify and address business improvement opportunities WHS, Environment & Quality: Comply with all Work, Health & Safety, Environment and Quality obligations Actively promote safety in the workplace To assist the Finance division in resolving accounts payable issues.
