As a part of our Claims team, your role is central to Youi's reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of motor claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
About The Role
Full-time and onsite, Monday to Friday at our Sippy Downs office
Manage your own portfolio of motor claims
Ensure smooth processing of claims, from start to finish
Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
Be the direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors
About You
Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded
Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in administration a bonus
Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
