About the Role
This dynamic role oversees day-to-day operations, supports staff, drives service quality, and contributes to the strategic growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain 10 billables per week.
* Lead and support a multidisciplinary allied-health team.
* Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow.
* Provide supervision and mentorship to clinicians and support staff.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with NDIS and clinical standards.
* Support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives.
* Monitor KPIs, service quality, and reporting requirements.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven team culture.
* Liaise with families, schools, support coordinators, and external agencies.
* Contribute to strategic planning, service improvement, and organisational growth.
About You:
* A confident leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experienced in allied-health, disability, mental health, or similar sectors.
* Skilled in supporting, mentoring, and developing staff.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy clinical environment.
* Knowledgeable about NDIS, clinical governance, and service standards.
* Committed to client-centred, evidence-informed practice.
* Passionate about high-quality service delivery and team wellbeing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Allied Health, Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support, Physio).
* Leadership or supervisory experience.
* Relevant leadership qualification (e.g., Cert IV, Diploma).
* Ochre Card, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check.
* First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
