What you'll be doing
* Get out on-site and deliver detailed land and building surveys for exciting land development and construction projects
* Work with modern surveying tech and equipment to capture accurate, high-quality data
* Turn field data into clear reports, plans, and insights that drive real decisions
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving
* Make sure everything you do meets industry standards and regulations
* Keep organised records (because details matter)
* Bring ideas to the table—help us improve how we work and adopt smarter processes

A perfect candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geospatial Science or a related field
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a professional Surveyor in the land development & construction industry
* Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, including CAD and GIS tools
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‐quality, accurate work
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Knowledge of relevant surveying regulations and industry standards
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
