About the Role
As an Agency Assistant in Nursing with H1 Group, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in aged care facilities and community settings across Wollongong.
You'll support clients with their daily needs while maintaining dignity, independence, and comfort - all while enjoying flexibility and variety in your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
* Supporting with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs
* Providing emotional and social support to clients
* Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition
* Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
* Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a similar role
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
* Flexibility to work AM, PM, and Night shifts across multiple facilities
