About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a vibrant learning community. The Deputy Principal will provide strategic leadership in student engagement, behaviour and inclusion, driving whole-school behaviour systems, MTSS and Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL).
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Principal, leadership team, staff, students and families to strengthen engagement, enhance wellbeing and support evidence-based practices that improve student outcomes.
* Main Responsibilities : Lead whole-school initiatives that strengthen student engagement collaborate year-level teams implement engagement strategies early intervention processes MTSS-aligned supports.
* Create refine school's PBL framework supporting staff embed effective classroom practices consistent routines preventative behaviour strategies.
