Your new company is a South Australian business with over 40 years of experience who provide a range of corporate, accounting and secretarial services to both the domestic and international market.
Their accounting services division are seeking a Full Time worker to join their team as a Corporate Compliance Officer on a Monday to Friday basis.
**Your new role**
Your recent role as Corporate Compliance Administrator is responsible for helping with a range of client and office focused tasks.
You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- General & ASIC compliance work for a range of Australian businesses
- Providing business registration services
- Providing support in the delivery of related corporate services
- ABN Registrations
- Answering phones and transferring to appropriate team
- Maintaining client databases
- Receiving, sorting, scanning and filing company mail
- Building strong relationships with clients to foster ongoing company growth
- Ad-hoc office administration
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- Previous experience working in an Accounting firm
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of ASIC systems (desirable)
- Previous experience using XERO
- Experience using Now
Infinity highly advantageous
- Outstanding attention to detail; this is a critical component of the role
- MS Suite proficiency
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
