As a Registered nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering a range of services—from acute, chronic, community care to emergency support—while being supported through training and teamwork. The Role:
The Registered Nurse:
* Strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
You will need
* Demonstrated clinical experience in Emergency Department and Acute Care, Aged Care experience would be a bonus.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to provide direction and delegation to EN and PCA staff members.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working76hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.
Fixed term full time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 76hours per fortnight, 6 October 2025 until 2 October 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:$78,179 to $105,995 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance withNurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $99,455- $105,995 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type
Salary Packaging:
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
* District Allowances of up to $4,618 per annum for a family
* Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of $3,699 per annum and an additional salary allowance of 10%

* Travel and relocation assistance support available up to $15,000 for eligible appointees from overseas, and up to $10,000 for appointees from interstate.
