About the Role
We are seeking qualified nursing professionals to work a night shift in a dynamic healthcare environment.
* Conduct thorough assessments, care planning, direct nursing care, and reviewing care plans using a comprehensive framework to promote residents' independence.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and supervision to support staff members, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and role modeling best practice.
* E nsure all workplace health and safety protocols, infection control measures, and safe work practices are consistently implemented.
* Prepare and submit detailed reports on residents' social, physical, and emotional well-being to senior nurses and collaborate to achieve quality outcomes.
About You
We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications and experience:
* Current registration with the relevant professional governing body.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical nursing practice, with a strong understanding of contemporary nursing theory and care documentation models.
* Generalist registered nursing experience, preferably in aged care – highly desirable.
* The ability to quickly understand and apply relevant legislated standards into daily practice.
* Relevant probity checks as required by legislation and policy.
* Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation, health directives, or policy throughout employment and prior to commencement.
