We are seeking a skilled Community Marketing professional to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will focus on developing innovative project marketing strategies that support the delivery of our vision, drive brand awareness, and achieve required engagement levels.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and analyse effective project marketing plans that cater to the needs of diverse stakeholder groups including development and sales teams, media and creative agencies, and internal national marketing teams.
You will engage in building strong relationships with these groups, utilising your creativity, ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills to drive marketing results within our business.
About the Role
* Develop and implement annual regional and project marketing plans
* Create a calendar of events to support priorities of each community
* Manage community and project sales material for accuracy, alignment to brand, and timely provision to sales
* Ensure consistent messaging and value proposition with Brand Manager
* Implement online and web-based activities to drive interest and re-engagement
* Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity for open opportunities
* Analyse lead source, buyer pools, and conversion times for lead quality
* Prepare and analyse regional marketing and sales pipeline reports
* Build relationships and leverage networks to access new lead pools
* Identify opportunities for new lead generation markets and develop strategies
About You
* 2+ years of marketing experience with technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials
* Experience in managing and executing marketing plans
* Project management experience
* Marketing knowledge and expertise with experience in CMS and CRM technology (e.g. Salesforce)
* Strong verbal and oral communication skills with attention to detail
