About the role
We're looking for an Inventory & Logistics Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead the seamless management of one of our key operational sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering excellence in inventory accuracy, logistics performance and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on inventory control and governance.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll support day-to-day operations, manage 3PL relationships, and ensure the efficient execution of logistics and inventory processes. You'll play a critical role in maintaining high service standards and achieving operational KPIs.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Lead inventory processes to ensure accurate forecasting, control and resource optimisation
Drive inventory accuracy through robust systems, reducing discrepancies and improving transparency
Oversee stock management, cycle counts and forecasting to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
Manage and support a regional-based distribution team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment
Manage 3PL partners to deliver strong service levels across logistics, packaging and raw materials
Own logistics operations including transport routes, last-mile delivery and cost/efficiency optimisation
Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain and Brand teams to support operational results
Embed a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Support digital transformation across ERP, eCommerce and customer-facing systems
Champion sustainability, quality and safety initiatives aligned with governance and B-Corp commitments
About you
You're an experienced supply chain professional with strong capability in inventory management and logistics, and a proven record of driving continuous improvement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, value accuracy and efficiency, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field, with a focus on inventory management
Strong knowledge of inventory control, 3PL management and supply chain best practice
Commercial and analytical capability to balance cost, service and accuracy
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred)
A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
